Hide targets outdoors and send the children off. They watch themselves walk across the map — and the map may be one you drew yourself.

Optional: it walks towards you and blocks collecting while it stands there. Brisk walking is always enough — nobody should be running with their eyes on a phone.

What it looks like

How you build a hunt

Photograph a map, pick one from your gallery, or simply frame a section of a live map.
Set a few points whose real position you know — with a framed section that step disappears entirely.
Hide the targets: by hand, or from suggestions of things already standing out there.
Send the map as a file — and set off.
